NEET UG 2026 Counselling —
Every Deadline, One Page

Results are now landing faster than most families can track. MCC declared its AIQ Round 1 Final Result on 24 August and, for candidates who chose FLOAT, followed up on 29 August with an hour-by-hour reporting schedule running to 1 September. In the same week, Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur both declared their Round 1 seat allotment results, and Karnataka, Telangana and Puducherry all moved to their next stage. A dozen other states — Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and more — have revised their own Round 1 schedules at least once this cycle, some more than once. None of that belongs crammed into one paragraph; it is all in the status board below, state by state, with a link through to the full detail and the official portal. Read that table before you act on any date here.

The short answer, as of 1 September. No two states are at the same stage right now. West Bengal, Tripura and Uttarakhand all published Round 1 results in the last two days, Puducherry put out a fresh draft merit list for its management-quota NRI and national candidates, Meghalaya's state-quota counselling is running through 3 September, Gujarat has opened a Round 2 for candidates who sat out Round 1, and Jharkhand has a Round 2 open for vacant seats at four named colleges. Bihar's document-verification deadline just moved to today. That is eight moving parts in about 48 hours, on top of everything already settled for Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Karnataka, Telangana and MCC's own AIQ round.

Every one of these runs its own registration with its own fee — registering with one gets you nothing in the others. Rather than repeat 25 separate timelines in prose here, where they go stale within days, the status board just below lists what is open, what has closed, and the next deadline for every state, each linked to its own page and its own last-checked date. Confirm anything you are about to act on there, or call OEF on 9085064444.

Why this matters to you. Because the result came two months late, several state authorities opened and closed their registration windows within days of each other in the last fortnight of July. A family that assumed “counselling starts in August like always” has already missed Karnataka and Mizoram state quota. Read the board below before you assume anything about a deadline.

Full day-by-day update log (10 September and earlier)

Refreshed 11 September 2026: Telangana's row now reflects KNRUHS's Management Quota web-options window closing 11 September, 4 PM, and three individually-named addenda/corrigenda to the merit lists — a Management Quota (OC) addendum for Siddhi Pradeep Shetty, a Competent Authority Quota (OC) addendum for Srutha Keerthi Yadama (made eligible per court orders), and a Management Quota (SC) corrigendum for Chedupelly Deeksha Sahane correcting her NRI status to Yes. Andhra Pradesh's row now carries Dr NTR UHS's Free EXIT mechanism from Phase-I allotment (8 conditions, portal window closing 12 September, 2 PM) and a separate Management Quota document-upload deadline, today, 11 September, 4 PM (Sl. 21–23 carry individual remarks, not reproduced here). Puducherry's row now carries an urgent, same-day CENTAC Corrigendum (Ref. CENTAC/UG-NEET/2026/16, dated 11.09.2026) correcting the Round 2 registration-fee-payment/Round 1-seat-withdrawal deadline from 12 September, 3 PM to TODAY, 11 September, 3 PM, with no further extension to be entertained — we have flagged a possible overlap with this page's existing 11 September, 5 PM Annexure-17 resignation deadline that we could not fully resolve from the notices in hand; confirm directly with CENTAC which time governs your situation. Karnataka's row now carries KEA's Provisional Results (Note No. ED/KEA/ADMN/CR-11/2026, dated 10 September) and a Choice-4 exit mechanism for candidates double-allotted by MCC and KEA, running 3 PM 11 September to 5 PM 14 September, with a Final Results re-run and possible upgradation to follow — this is the schedule step this board had previously flagged as “dates to be informed later.” Tripura's row now carries a new fact: the last date and time for Round 1 surrender/withdrawal without forfeiture of Security Deposit is 12 September, 5 PM — distinct from the page's existing Round 2/Round 3 resignation rules; the source is an official graphic circulating 11 September without a legible reference number, so confirm on the official portal. Odisha's row now reflects OJEE Notice No. OJEE/0483, dated 10 September, which sets out exactly which four categories of candidate may fill or modify choices in the ongoing Round 2 (85% State Quota) counselling, and which two categories may not. Gujarat's row now reflects an ACPUGMEC notice, dated 11 September, extending Round 2 MBBS/BDS choice-filling to 10:00 AM, 12 September — this confirms the close date but the original opening date and notice number remain unlocated, so that part of the previously flagged information gap is still open. Himachal Pradesh's row now carries AMRU's Round 2 Provisional Seat Allocation (Notice AMRU/(COE)-Admission-120/2026-27(MBBS/BDS)-5378, dated 11.09.2026) — the already-scheduled step happening as planned — with discrepancies to be reported by 5 PM, 12 September, to counselling.amruhp@gmail.com. Arunachal Pradesh's row now reflects HTE Notice No. HTE-18/2/2023-HTE-BR-HTE, dated 11 September, confirming the Spot Round was conducted and results published the same day, allotment strictly by NEET UG 2026 AIR across several courses and colleges; per our standing practice we have not reproduced the candidate-wise merit list (Sl. No. 130–254) — check the official notice for your own result. Rajasthan's row now flags an uncorroborated secondary-channel claim that a Round 2 “Print Application” step began today, 11 September — structurally consistent with Round 1's own post-choice-lock printing step and with Round 2's choice-lock having closed 10 September, 11:45 PM, but not yet matched against any dated official notice; treat it as plausible, not confirmed. Separately, bds-admission.html was corrected today for legal accuracy: its 10+2 eligibility table previously stated a flat “50% aggregate” threshold, which National Dental Commission circular F.No. NDC/BDS(Gen)Admission-2026/DEB-406, dated 10 September 2026, shows is imprecise — the actual BDS Regulations 2012 (5th Amendment) requirement is 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together (40% for SC/ST/OBC), with the 45% relaxation specific to candidates with locomotor disability of the lower limbs, not all PwD candidates generally; that page's eligibility table and a very stale April 2025 dateModified have both been corrected.

Refreshed 10 September 2026: MCC's row now carries the Round 2 Provisional Result (Notice No. 19, Ref. U-11011/07/2026-MEC, dated 10 September) — check status and raise any discrepancy via the Grievance system by 6:00 PM the same day; the result is indicative only and no Final Result date has been announced. Arunachal Pradesh's row now carries a Spot Round Counselling scheduled for 11 September, 11:30 AM, at the DK Hall, State Legislative Assembly, Itanagar (Circular No. HTE-18/1/2021-HTE-BR-HTE, dated 9 September) — the same circular confirms 9 September was indeed the correct seat-withdrawal deadline flagged the day before; fresh registration for the Spot Round runs to 3:00 PM, 10 September, and the circular's own text is internally inconsistent on the security-deposit cut-off (3 PM vs 4 PM, both 10 September). Odisha's row now reflects OJEE's own Provisional State Merit List, dated 10 September and titled “After 2nd Phase Registration,” which corroborates — with primary-source evidence, not just a secondary channel — the previously flagged Round 2 date shift; choice filling/locking is now reported at 10–11 September. Tripura's row now carries TRMCC's full Round 2 schedule (Ref. No. F.5(6)-DME/NEETUGCounselling/2025/3751, dated 5 September) — registration to 11 September 11 AM, choice filling 11–13 September, merit list and allotment 14 September, admission by 18 September; Round 1 (result 31 August) is complete. Punjab's row now reflects a BFUHS notice keeping NRI Quota seat allotment in abeyance pending CWP No. 25345 of 2026 (Mehtab Singh Vs. State of Punjab & Others) — other quotas are not stated to be affected — plus a State Medical Assessment Board for PwBD candidates sitting 14 September at Guru Gobind Singh Medical College, Faridkot (valid only for the 85% State Quota, not AIQ). Telangana's row now reflects KNRUHS's Management Quota (B & C/NRI) web-options window, 9–11 September (to 4:00 PM), following the 9 September final merit list, plus the University Fee table (B: Rs 1,00,000 MBBS/Rs 40,000 BDS; C/NRI: Rs 2,00,000 MBBS/Rs 80,000 BDS) and Neelima Institute's separate tuition figures. Puducherry's row now reflects a revised Round 1 vacancy list, dated 9 September, confirming the Management/NRI/Telugu-Minority figures already covered and adding, for the first time, Government Quota seats broken out by category and region (not reproduced here in full — check centacpuducherry.in for your own row). Uttarakhand's row now notes HNBUMU's Round-1 seat-surrender window (no forfeiture of security deposit for Freeze or Float candidates) closed 9 September, 5:00 PM. Chhattisgarh's row now reflects Notice No. 1563, dated 10 September, extending the Seat Resign/Withdrawal Portal's close from 10 September Noon to 11 September, 2:00 PM. Haryana's row now carries UHSR Rohtak's Round 2 tentative schedule (Notice No. UHSR/Acad./A-III/2026/8200, dated 9 September) — fresh registration and the mandatory willingness/upgrade option for Round-1-allotted candidates run 10–12 September, provisional allocation is 14 September, document verification 17–19 September, and joining is due by 20 September, 4:00 PM; the security deposit is two-tier (Rs 10,000/Rs 5,000-reserved for State Quota-only, Rs 1,00,000 if also opting into Management Quota or private colleges/universities). Refreshed 9 September 2026: Karnataka's row now carries KEA's Second Round option-entry extension to 10 September, 9:30 AM (Note No. ED/KEA/ADMN/CR-11/2026, dated 9 September), and Bagalkote Medical College and Research's seat matrix, hosted 7 September. Puducherry's row now reflects the Round 1 vacancy list (dated 8 September) and a fresh Round 2 registration/preference-filling window, 8–10 September, across Government, Management-Quota, Management-Quota-Telugu-Minority and NRI quota; Round 1 admits may participate in Round 2 without restriction, and a separate Annexure-17 resignation route runs to 11 September, 5:00 PM (the Sri Venkateshwaraa Medical College & Research Institute fee remains subject to a Madras High Court interim order, not yet final). Uttarakhand's row now carries the Round-II State Quota & All India Open Quota seat matrix for 10 colleges — we have not located a separately dated cover notice for this specific document, so we treat it as current as of 9 September pending portal confirmation. NEIGRIHMS's row now reflects a Second Round of Counselling for 11 vacant North East Open Category seats (F.No.RGTRR-MBBS0ADMN/1/2026-Registrar, dated 8 September) — today's 2:00 PM email willingness-confirmation deadline is the one to watch, and there is no third round for candidates who don't confirm. Rajasthan's row now carries a 9 September document-verification call for WDP/EXS-category candidates at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, alongside separate WDP/WPP/NRI merit-list PDFs on ug.neetrajasthan.com (the SMS notice and the merit-list PDFs have not been independently reconciled as the same document). Punjab's row now reflects a DMER clarification circular easing how the mandatory Rs 20,00,000 MBBS bond's surety can be executed — four alternatives to property-based sureties are now allowed; the bond amount itself is unchanged. Odisha's row has been flagged a second consecutive day: OJEE's own table still shows the Round 2 choice-filling/locking window at 4–6 September, while a secondary channel now claims a fresh 9–10 September window — the repeat makes an unannounced OJEE revision more likely, though we have not located that revision notice ourselves. Refreshed 8 September 2026 (second update): Manipur's row now carries the Round 2 State Quota seat matrix, notified 7 September — 34 MBBS seats (RIMS 14, JNIMS 4, SAHS 14, CMC 2), 15 BDS seats (RIMS 4, JNIMS 10, RDC Guwahati 1) and 2 BASLP seats (RIMS). Gujarat's row now reflects Round 2 merit lists published on medadmgujarat.ncode.in — General, EWS and NRI lists plus updated Local Quota lists for NHL Ahmedabad and SMIMER Surat; PwD-category merit is still pending, and no dated notice for the next choice-filling step has been located yet. Mizoram's row now carries a DHTE Office Order, 7 September, directing that vacant NEET UG seats be filled strictly by the merit list of candidates who submitted the Seat Hauhna Form on time. Chhattisgarh's row now carries a separate Notice No. 1556, opening a Seat Resign/Withdrawal Portal for Round 1-admitted candidates, 7-10 September. Karnataka's row now reflects the published Round 2 virtual seat matrix for Medical and Dental courses. Refreshed 8 September 2026: Meghalaya's row now carries PIMC's Second Round Counselling, online submission extended to 8 September, 10:00 AM, counselling held 9 September, 9:00 AM, at Laitumkhrah — this references an underlying 3 September advertisement we have not independently examined. Telangana's row now confirms both Round 1 reporting deadlines are out and are not identical: MBBS closes 8 September, 4:00 PM (today), BDS closes later, 11 September, 4:00 PM. Odisha's row now flags an unresolved discrepancy: OJEE's own published Round 2 schedule shows registration closed 2 September, but a secondary channel describes it as still open through 8 September — check ojee.nic.in directly rather than assume either date. Refreshed 7 September 2026: Kerala's row now carries KEAM's Second Phase allotment — online option confirmation is mandatory by 11 September, 10:00 AM, for candidates wanting higher-order options considered or with no First Phase allotment; admitted candidates may vacate their First Phase seat by 10 September, 5:00 PM, but forgo further rounds by doing so; a new seat matrix was also approved for three self-financing colleges (G.O.(Ms)No.251/2026/H&FWD). Telangana's row now carries the BDS Round 1 allotment under Competent Authority Quota, reporting by 11 September, 4:00 PM, and the Management Quota Ineligible Candidates List, with grievances due by 9 September, 12:00 Noon. Punjab's row now carries the Round 2 seat matrix for MBBS and BDS, published 7 September exactly as the draft schedule projected. Himachal Pradesh's row now carries the Round 2 institute-wise, category-wise seat vacancy list, also published 7 September on schedule. Uttar Pradesh's row was refreshed with DGME's Round 1 reporting guide, covering the document checklist and, for private-college allottees, the nodal-centre process and tuition-fee demand draft. Maharashtra's row now carries MAHACET Notice No. 13, dated 5 September — CAP Round 2 for MBBS/BDS (Group A): seat matrix 7 September, choice filling 8–10 September (11:59 PM), selection list declared 12 September, physical joining 13–18 September excluding 14 September; Round 1 (declared 30 August) is complete. Rajasthan's page was re-checked against the fuller official Round 2 notice and corrected: the notice does not state that candidates who already paid the security deposit in Round 1 are exempt in Round 2, so that claim has been removed rather than assumed. Refreshed 6 September 2026: Karnataka's row now carries KEA's Second Round Seat Allotment (Note No. ED/KEA/ADMN/CR-11/2026, dated 6 September) — option entry 7–9 September, 2 PM to 2 PM, for Round 1 Choice-2/Choice-3 candidates, unallotted candidates, and eligible UGCET Round 2 Choice-4 candidates; Round 1 is complete. Tamil Nadu's row now carries the Selection Committee's Tentative Round-II Counselling Schedule — registration and payment 7–8 September, choice filling and locking 9–13 September, result 15 September, joining by 18 September; Round 1 (result 27 August) is complete. Manipur's row now carries DME's Round 2 e-Counselling, notified 5 September (Notification No. DME-18/1/2026-HEALTH) — registration, choice filling and locking 8–11 September across State Government Quota seats at RIMS, JNIMS, SAHS, CMC and RDC Guwahati, plus Management/NRI quota at SAHS, result 16 September, reporting 16–18 September; Round 1 (SAHS) is complete and covered on its own page. Rajasthan's row now carries the Round 2 schedule notified 5 September — already-registered candidates skip re-registration, fresh registration 6–8 September, security deposit and choice filling 7–10 September, result 14 September, reporting 15–18 September. Andhra Pradesh's row flags that Management Quota (B1/B2) no-late-fee registration closes today, 6 September, 9 PM, with a late-fee window tomorrow. Karnataka's NEET MDS row now carries KEA's Round 1 seat allotment schedule, issued 5 September — option entry 5–7 September, provisional result 9 September, final result 10 September. Kerala's row now reflects CEE's Final NRI Category List, published 3 September. Arunachal Pradesh's row reflects a Round 2 result uploaded to apdhte.nic.in on 5 September, and Telangana's row reflects a Competent Authority Quota Round 1 allotment result uploaded the same day. On 5 September: Assam's row now carries DME Assam's Round 2 counselling notice (No. e.DME/UG/2026/770111/1221) — Round 1 registrants go straight to choice filling with no fresh registration needed, new candidates register 6–9 September, choice-locking 9 September, result 11 September, reporting/joining 17–18 September; Round 1 admissions are now complete. Chhattisgarh's row now carries CG DME's Round 2 counselling schedule (Order No. 1555, dated 4 September) — 1,304 vacant MBBS/BDS seats statewide, fresh online application and institute selection 5–8 September, and choice filling and locking 5–9 September; Round 1 is confirmed complete. On 4 September: West Bengal's row now carries WBMCC's Round 2 schedule (Memo No. 2262) — registration 7–9 September, choice filling 12–14 September, reporting 16–18 September — and Punjab's row now carries BFUHS's draft Round 2 schedule, dated 3 September, with fresh registration to 5 September and reporting 16–18 September. Jharkhand's row now reflects JCECEB's extension of the State Merit List category-correction window to 6 PM, 5 September (Advt. No. JCECEB/46/26-78). On 3 September: Karnataka's row reflected KEA's extension of the choice-selection, fee-payment and reporting deadlines to 4–5 September (Note No. ED/KEA/ADMN/CR-11/2026) for candidates who hadn't yet acted. Madhya Pradesh's row now carries DME Bhopal's Second Round schedule, issued 3 September, after Round 1 admission closed the same day. Uttar Pradesh's row now reflects DGME's binding choice-filling rules (Notice No. ME-3/UG-2026/1610) — mandatory choice-lock, no changes after locking, and nodal-centre admission for private colleges. Himachal Pradesh's row now reflects AMRU's one-day extension of the Round 1 admission deadline, to 4 September. On 2 September: Haryana's row reflected UHSR Rohtak's Round 1 allotment result (after grievance redressal) and the category-wise document verification schedule (Notice No. UHSR/Acad./A-III/2026/SPL-01) — report by 9 Sept, 4 PM. Himachal Pradesh's row now carries AMRU's Round 2 schedule, issued 2 September, after Round 1 completed on its original dates. Andhra Pradesh's row now reflects both NTRUHS's new Management Quota (B1/B2) Detailed Notification (registration open 2–6 September, late fee to 7 Sept) and the Competent Authority Quota Phase-1 state-quota allotment, now published. Assam's row reflects DME Assam's Round 1 provisional select list (Notice No. e.DME/UG/2026/790538/1196, dated 2 Sept) — PwD verification 3–4 Sept at GMCH Bhangagarh, general reporting to the allotted college 4–5 Sept with admission/counselling fees of roughly ₹25,000. Uttar Pradesh's row carries the full Round 1 sequence — choice filling to 5 Sept, seat allotment result 7 Sept, admission 8–14 Sept — per DGME UP Notice No. ME-3/2026/1605. Telangana, NEIGRIHMS and Kerala rows were also brought back in sync with their own state pages, which had moved on without this board being updated to match — Telangana's Management Quota reopening (2–4 Sept) is the newest of those. On 1 September: Meghalaya, Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Tripura, Bihar, Gujarat, Puducherry, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh rows were updated against official notices published 31 August–1 September. Authorities revise these dates without notice — always confirm on the official portal linked in each state page. This board tracks NEET UG (MBBS/BDS/BAMS and allied courses) only — for NEET MDS postgraduate dental status, including new Maharashtra and Gujarat schedules, see the NEET MDS Counselling 2026 page or the NEET MDS Calendar.

The Basic Split

Four Doors Into an MBBS Seat —
You Must Knock on Each Separately

15% All India Quota

Government college seats surrendered to the national pool, allotted by MCC on All India Rank alone. No domicile requirement, which makes this the single most useful route for a Northeast student with a strong rank.

Register at mcc.nic.in when the schedule opens

85% State Quota

The bulk of government seats, reserved for domicile holders of that state. Assam students apply in Assam, Nagaland students in Nagaland. You cannot buy your way into another state's domicile quota, and anyone who says otherwise is lying to you.

Register with your own state authority

Management Quota, Private

Private and self-financing colleges fill a large share of seats on NEET merit among applicants who registered with the state committee. Open to out-of-state candidates in most states. Any qualifying NEET score is eligible; the fee is what decides.

Routed through the same state portal, different fee head

NRI and NRI-Sponsored

A defined share of private seats, priced in a higher bracket and requiring documented NRI relationship. Gujarat, Puducherry and Mizoram all run separate NRI application streams with their own deadlines and their own paperwork.

Only if a genuine NRI sponsor exists in the family
For Northeast India Families

Four Things That Cost NE Students
Seats Every Single Year

Registering in the wrong quota

An Assam-domicile student paying to register for Kerala state quota is spending money on a seat category that is legally closed to them. Non-Keralites fall in NK-II and can only compete for management and NRI seats in self-financing colleges. Check the quota before the fee, not after.

Certificates that are not ready

ST(H), ST(P), OBC/MOBC, PRC, domicile, Tribal Area Certificate, income certificate for EWS — these take weeks in district offices across the NE, and no counselling authority accepts an application receipt in place of the certificate. Start the paperwork now, not when the merit list appears.

Missing a deadline by travelling

Several of these processes still need physical submission — CENTAC document verification in Puducherry, ZMC forms at the Technical Wing in Aizawl, NEIGRIHMS counselling in Shillong in person. Book travel around the notified date, and read the notice for who must appear and who need not.

Losing the security deposit

Accept a seat in a later round and fail to join, and a deposit of ₹1–3 lakh is gone in most states. Gujarat alone holds ₹10,000 refundable per candidate. OEF's whole strategy is built around getting a family to a decision they will actually honour in Round 1. Read the deposit guide →

How to use this page. Every date here was checked against the official counselling authority's own website on 21 August 2026. State authorities extend and revise deadlines at short notice, sometimes with only a few hours' warning, so treat this page as a starting point and confirm the current date on the official portal before you pay any fee. Orchid Education Foundation is an independent admission guidance firm. We are not an agent of any counselling authority, we cannot influence any allotment, and no seat in India can be obtained without a valid NEET UG 2026 score.

Counselling FAQs

Questions Parents Ask Us

What is the MCC NEET UG 2026 counselling schedule?
+

Registration and payment closed 15 August; choice filling and locking closed 18 August, 11:59 PM. MCC released the Round 1 Provisional Result on 20 August 2026 under Notice No. 11 — but candidates cannot claim any right over the seat shown, the provisional result cannot be challenged in court, and any discrepancy must be raised by 3:59 PM on 21 August through the Candidates Grievances and Query Redressal System. MCC has explicitly told candidates not to approach their allotted college until the Final Result, for which no date has been announced. Reporting is expected to run 22 to 31 August once it is out. Round 2, Round 3 and the stray vacancy round have not been revised; their originally published dates (Round 2: 24 August to 2 September, Round 3: 10 to 18 September, stray vacancy: 28 September to 3 October) may still shift once the Final Result timeline is clear — confirm at mcc.nic.in rather than assume.

Do I have to register separately for AIQ and state counselling?
+

Yes. Qualifying NEET UG 2026 does not register you anywhere. MCC registration covers the 15% All India Quota, deemed universities, AMU, BHU, Jamia Millia Islamia, ESIC and the central institutes. Every state authority — KEA in Karnataka, CEE in Kerala, DME in Tamil Nadu, CENTAC in Puducherry, ACPUGMEC in Gujarat — runs its own separate registration with its own fee and its own deadline. Registering with one gives you nothing in the others. Most students who lose a year lose it here, not in the exam hall.

Can a student from Assam or the Northeast apply in Karnataka, Kerala or Tamil Nadu?
+

Partly. Government seats under state quota in those states are reserved for their own domicile holders, so a candidate from Assam, Manipur, Nagaland or any other NE state cannot claim them. What is open to non-domicile candidates is the management and NRI quota in private colleges, deemed university seats through MCC, and the 15% All India Quota. Kerala restricts non-Keralite candidates to the NK-II category, which is management and NRI seats in self-financing colleges only. Read each state's page before you spend money on a registration you cannot use.

Which counselling is still open right now for a Northeast India student?
+

Every state is at a different stage, and several have revised Round 1 more than once this cycle, so a fixed list here would be wrong within days. Use the status board above (or the state-by-state links further down this page) for the current position, since it is refreshed as each authority moves and links straight through to the official portal. As a general rule: if a state page below shows registration, choice filling or an allotment result as still open, it accepts applications from any eligible candidate regardless of home state, subject to that state’s own domicile and quota rules — read the quota split further down before you pay a fee. Call OEF on 9085064444 and we will tell you which of these your score and domicile actually qualify for.

Is OEF an agent for these counselling authorities?
+

No. MCC and every state authority run their own portals, and no consultant anywhere can influence a merit list or an allotment. What OEF does is different: we read the prospectus for you, tell you which quota your score and domicile genuinely qualify for, warn you before a security deposit is at risk, and stay reachable at 11 PM on the night before a deadline. That work is free, and it is the reason families in Guwahati have used us since 2008.
