Summing the printed Admitted and Float columns ourselves gives 568 + 210 = 778, short of the notice’s own stated total of 1,112 — we are reproducing the notice’s figures and total exactly as published and flagging that mismatch rather than adjusting either side. Candidates admitted via domicile/residence or category/sub-category reservation must now undergo mandatory certificate verification through the concerned district authorities, and reservation policy is not implemented on All India Quota seats of private medical/dental colleges. This is an aggregate, college-wise count — no individual names, ranks or scores were published in the notice, and none are reproduced here. A separate HNBUMU notice dated 7 September 2026, signed by the Member Secretary, NEET UG 2026, Uttarakhand Centralised Counselling Board, let candidates already holding a Round-I seat surrender it without losing their security deposit — Freeze-option candidates by reporting in person at the allotted institute, Float-option candidates by surrendering online through their Login ID. The cut-off for both was 5:00 PM on 9 September 2026, and the notice states no candidate would be permitted to surrender a Round-I seat after that time. That deadline was yesterday and has now passed. This is very likely at least part of the reason the Round-II seat matrix on this page shows vacancies at colleges that had filled up in Round I — that link is our own inference, not something HNBUMU has stated outright, so treat it as plausible rather than confirmed. The Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling authority has released a Round-II seat matrix titled “State Quota & All India Open Quota Seats,” explicitly marked Tentative, giving State Quota, All India Open Quota and NRI Quota seat counts college-wise for every participating MBBS and BDS college, plus a detailed category-wise reservation breakdown. We have not seen a separately dated cover notice for this specific document, so we are treating it as current Round-II material as of 9 September 2026 — confirm it against whatever is freshest on the official portal (www.hnbumu.ac.in) before acting on it.

Registration, choice filling and fee submission ran from 13 August 2026, 11:00 AM, to 24 August 2026, 5:00 PM, after the counselling board extended the window by five days on 19 August. The provisional result came out 27 August, candidates had until 4:00 PM on 28 August to flag discrepancies, and by 31 August the board had finished Round I seat allotment on merit and submitted choices — it's final now, not provisional. If you chose the Freeze option, you must report to your allotted institute and complete admission by 5:00 PM, 5 September 2026, or the allotment is cancelled.

The Uttarakhand State Centralised Counselling Board published a revised schedule on 19 August 2026 — the same day the original registration window was due to close — extending registration and choice filling by five days, to 24 August, and pushing the result and joining dates back accordingly (result from 22 to 27 August; joining deadline from 28 August to 5 September). Both the original and revised notices reserve the board's right to modify the schedule at any point, so treat any date on this page as subject to further change until you see it confirmed on the university's counselling portal.

Any candidate eligible as per Uttarakhand Government norms who has qualified NEET UG 2026. The counselling board explicitly reserves the right to modify the schedule and apply the latest directions from the Government of India, MCC, NMC, NDC and the state government as they arrive — the notice states that whatever is uploaded most recently on the official university website overrides anything printed in the information bulletin.
