How we count “under ₹70 lakh”. MBBS is 4.5 years of study plus 1 year of internship. At ₹15 lakh a year, four annual instalments are ₹60 lakh and a full 4.5 × ₹15 lakh is ₹67.5 lakh, so the course stays under ₹70 lakh whichever way the college bills the last half-year. Hostel, mess, deposits and other charges are not part of this. OEF asks for the instalment schedule in writing before you commit.

Know the Rules
The legal part, in plain words. 1. No one can sell or reserve an MBBS seat. Every MBBS seat in India, management and NRI seats included, is allotted only through official NEET UG counselling. OEF guides you through that process; we do not and cannot allot seats. 2. Capitation fee is illegal. The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that colleges cannot charge capitation fees, and states such as Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan also have their own laws against it. The OEF figure on this page is a fee arrangement for the college’s own tuition, not an extra payment. 3. Pay only the college. Pay into the college or university’s official bank account and keep every receipt. OEF’s own service charge is separate and agreed in writing.
