The Rules Behind
Every Answer
| Principle | In practice |
|---|---|
| Official notices only | Every date, seat count and fee on pages he verifies comes from the counselling authority’s own notice, with the notice number and date. |
| No seat selling | Seats are allotted only through MCC or state counselling on NEET rank. Capitation fees are illegal; fees go only to the college, against a receipt. |
| Honest odds | If a rank cannot reach a seat, families hear that plainly, along with the options that are realistic. |
| Free first consultation | The first OEF counselling conversation costs nothing. |
