The short answer. Himachal Pradesh PG counselling 2026 is run by AMRU, Mandi. The Round 1 MD/MS/DNB application now closes at 11 AM on 2 November 2026. In-service doctors need an Incentive Certificate or NOC, and Job Trainees switching from Direct to In-Service Quota must e-mail counselling.amruhp@gmail.com to cancel their old form and reapply.

Merit list, seat matrix and allotment dates will follow on amruhp.ac.in. Seats are allotted only through counselling; no college, consultant or agent can sell or reserve one, and capitation fee is illegal in India. Pay only through the official portal or to the college, against a receipt.
