A Separate Window,
Already Open
PwD candidates must physically report to the Medical Board at the Conference Hall of TRIHMS (Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences), Naharlagun, for medical examination and final confirmation of PwD status and fitness for the course. The circular gives a window rather than a fixed date — 12 to 18 August 2026 — with the exact date and time to be notified separately. If you fall under this category, watch apdhte.nic.in closely; this window overlaps directly with the registration period, so do not assume you can complete both at your own pace.
Source and scope. Every date on this page comes from Circular No. HTE-18/1/2023-HTE-BR-HTE, dated 11 August 2026, issued by the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, and signed by Director Dr. Milorai Modi. The circular covers general PCB-group course counselling; fee structure, eligibility criteria and college-wise seat matrix are not part of this specific notice and are published separately on apdhte.nic.in and apjee.co.in. Confirm every date directly on those portals before you act on it — state counselling authorities revise schedules at short notice, and this circular explicitly reserves that right.
Questions Parents Ask Us
Circular No. HTE-18/1/2023-HTE-BR-HTE, dated 11 August 2026, from the Directorate of Higher & Technical Education, Itanagar, signed by Director Dr. Milorai Modi. It sets out the full online counselling schedule for candidates who appeared in NEET-UG 2026 and want a seat in PCB group courses through the state.
Online provisional registration runs 13–19 August 2026, at either apdhte.nic.in or apjee.co.in — both portals are named in the circular as valid. Document upload and response to any queries continues one day longer, to 20 August, up to 12:00 noon. The Information Brochure and registration instructions are published on the same two websites.
Round 1: choice filling and locking 13–20 August, list of eligible registered candidates published 20 August after 4:00 PM, seat allotment 21 August, online and physical reporting 24–26 August. Round 2: seat allotment 28 August, reporting 31 August–2 September. Seat withdrawal, if needed: 3–4 September. Spot round registration (tentative): 5–7 September, with the spot round itself on 9 September, if conducted.
PwD candidates must report to the Medical Board at the Conference Hall of TRIHMS, Naharlagun, for medical examination and final confirmation of PwD status and fitness for the course. The exact date and time will be notified later, but falls somewhere between 12 and 18 August 2026 — watch apdhte.nic.in for the specific slot rather than assuming a date.
Yes, and the circular does not hide this. It states candidates should keep all original documents and photocopies ready for verification as and when required, and the schedule itself is subject to the usual revisions state counselling authorities make at short notice. Check apdhte.nic.in directly before finalising any travel plans around these dates.
