Candidates who appeared in NEET-UG 2026 from another State or UT, but belong to Assam and hold a valid Permanent Resident Certificate of Assam, and are otherwise eligible under the Admission Rules, could apply on plain paper with valid documents to the DME office — but that window closed on 11 August 2026.
