The short answer. Apply on cee.kerala.gov.in by 4 PM on 16 October 2026. Kerala’s PG allotment covers state quota seats in Government Medical Colleges and the Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram, and every seat in private self-financing medical colleges, including minority and NRI quota. Read the prospectus for eligibility and nativity before you pay.

Check the internship date. The Kerala notice prints 30 April 2026, which is earlier than the 30 September 2026 cut-off NBEMS used for NEET PG. If your internship ended after April, read the Kerala prospectus or call us before you pay the fee.

No one can reserve or sell an MD/MS seat. Every PG seat, management and NRI quota included, is allotted only through MCC or state counselling on your NEET PG rank. Pay fees only to the college or university, against a receipt.
