Forty Minutes,
and You Leave Knowing Where You Stand
| Step | What we do |
|---|---|
| Read the score | Your NEET UG 2026 rank against last year's closing ranks for the categories and states genuinely available to you. Not a national list — your list. |
| Check the paperwork | Domicile, category, PwBD, income, and the Assam state quota eligibility position after the October 2025 Cabinet amendment. This is where most rejections start. |
| Set the budget honestly | Government seat, state quota private, management quota and NRI quota are four different financial universes. We put the real five-and-a-half-year number on paper, including hostel, deposits and bond liability, before anyone gets attached to a college name. |
| Map the calendar | MCC and the state windows overlap. Registration deadlines and choice-locking deadlines are different dates. We write your dates down on one sheet. |
| Tell you what is not possible | If your score does not reach something, we say so in the room. You are not paying us to be agreeable. |
Bring your NEET UG 2026 scorecard and admit card, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, and whatever category or domicile certificates exist. If some are missing, come anyway — knowing what is missing is half the work.
What We Handle
Across the Counselling Year
NEET UG Counselling
MCC All India Quota and every state window. Registration, choice list construction, document verification prep, reporting logistics, and the upgradation decisions in later rounds.
State Quota & Domicile
Assam DME eligibility, the October 2025 Cabinet amendment, and the nativity rules in other states. We tell you which state quotas you can actually claim rather than which ones you would like to.
Private & Deemed Colleges
Management and NRI quota, but only through official counselling and only against published fee-committee rates. We do not broker seats.
NEET PG & Super Specialty
MD, MS, MDS, DNB, and DM/MCh. Specialisation choice, bond terms, and service obligations, for working doctors in and around Guwahati.
AYUSH Admissions
BAMS, BHMS and allied courses through AACCC and state counselling, with a realistic picture of what the degree leads to.
Documentation & Agreements
Document checklists built for your specific profile, and a written service agreement setting out scope and fees before any money changes hands.
The Problem Is Not Your Rank.
It Is Everything Around It.
In eighteen years the pattern has not changed much. Students rarely lose a seat because of their NEET score. They lose it because a caste certificate was issued by the wrong authority, or a domicile claim did not survive scrutiny, or a choice list was filled in the order the portal happened to display colleges, or a reporting window closed while the family was still arranging a bank draft in another city.
Assam adds its own difficulty. There is no private medical college in the state, so a student who misses the DME state quota has no local fallback. That pushes families toward decisions they have no reference point for — a college in Karnataka they have never visited, a deemed university fee structure nobody has explained, or an overseas agent promising something that will not survive the FMGE.
Our job is to remove the parts of this that are avoidable. The rank is fixed by the time you reach us. The paperwork, the calendar and the arithmetic are not.

Coming from outside Guwahati: GS Road is the main artery through the city, and Down Town is on most local bus and app-cab routes. From Paltan Bazaar railway station it is about twenty-five minutes in normal traffic; from LGBI Airport, around an hour. If you are travelling in specifically for a sitting, call ahead so we can fix a time rather than have you wait.
Questions Parents Ask Us
We are at Red Stone, 3F, GS Rd, beside Pantaloons, above ASG Eye Care, Bormotoria, Guwahati, Assam 781022. Walk-ins are fine on any day between 10 AM and 6 PM, though during counselling season the office fills up. Call 9085064444 first and we will hold a slot so you are not sitting in the waiting area with your parents for an hour. Bring your NEET UG 2026 scorecard, Class 10 and 12 marksheets, and your category and domicile certificates if you have them.
Nothing. The first sitting is free and carries no obligation to sign anything. We will look at your score, your category, your domicile position and your family budget, and tell you which counselling routes are realistically open. If you decide you want us to handle the full counselling cycle, the service fee is discussed openly at that point and put in a written service agreement. We do not take money at the first meeting.
No. MBBS and BDS are the bulk of what we do, but we also handle BAMS, BHMS and other AYUSH courses, and the postgraduate side — MD, MS, MDS, DNB, and the super specialty courses DM and MCh. Around a fifth of our work in any year is postgraduate. If you are a working doctor in Guwahati planning NEET PG, that is a conversation we have often.
No, and you should leave any office that says otherwise. Every MBBS and BDS seat in India is allotted through centralised counselling by MCC or a state authority, on NEET rank and category. Nobody outside those authorities can allot a seat. What we can do is make sure your registration is correct, your documents survive verification, your choice list is ordered so it actually reflects your priorities, and you do not miss a reporting window. That is where most students lose seats — not on rank.
Most of our students are not. We work with families across Assam and the rest of the Northeast, and a good part of the counselling cycle runs over phone, WhatsApp and video. That said, if you can make one trip to the office — ideally with a parent — the first sitting is far more useful in person. Document problems in particular are much faster to spot when the originals are on the table.
Two things, both checkable. We are doctor-led: Dr. Kausshik Hazaricka, MBBS, sits in on case decisions, which matters when the question is whether a particular college or specialisation is worth the money. And we put our fees and scope in a written service agreement rather than a verbal understanding. If a consultancy will not put its scope in writing, that tells you what happens when something goes wrong.
It means an Assam student who misses the state quota cut-off and does not clear All India Quota has to look outside the state, which is a bigger decision than most families expect — five and a half years away from home, and fees between four and forty lakh a year depending on quota and college. It also means the nearest genuinely open door is PA Sangma International Medical College in Ri-Bhoi, Meghalaya, about an hour away, whose Management Quota carries no domicile bar. Whether that is right for you depends entirely on the numbers, and that is the conversation to have before applications close, not after.
