The short answer. Rajasthan fills its state MD/MS, post-MBBS DNB and post-MBBS Diploma seats through the NEET PG Admission/Counselling Board at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, on pg.neetrajasthan.com. Apply between 18 and 23 October 2026, pay the security amount and fill choices between 19 and 29 October, and check the Round 1 allotment on 2 November. Allotted candidates pay the tuition fee and report at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, from 3 to 6 November.

Pay the security amount for the highest seat type you want, in one transaction. The tuition fee after allotment is paid only by NEFT or RTGS; no other mode is accepted. College fee structures are in the information bulletin on pg.neetrajasthan.com.
No one can reserve or sell an MD/MS seat. Every PG seat, management and NRI quota included, is allotted only through MCC or state counselling on your NEET PG rank. Pay fees only to the college or university, against a receipt.

Rajasthan’s private-college security amount is ₹5,00,000 and management seats ask for ₹2,00,000, paid before allotment. Check the eligibility rules for candidates from outside Rajasthan in the information bulletin before you pay. Register for MCC Round 1 first: it closes at 12 noon on 21 October.

The Round 1 online application opens on 18 October 2026 on pg.neetrajasthan.com. The fee is due by 5 PM and the form (Part 1 and Part 2) by 11:55 PM on 23 October 2026.
Rs 4,000 non-refundable, or Rs 3,000 for SC, ST and ST-STA candidates of Rajasthan domicile, plus transaction charges.
Rs 1,00,000 for Government seats, Rs 2,00,000 for MD/MS Management seats in Government Society Medical Colleges and RUHS CMS, and Rs 5,00,000 for MD/MS in private medical colleges. It is paid from 19 to 29 October 2026 (5 PM) in a single transaction.
Choice filling runs from 19 to 29 October 2026, and choices auto-lock at 11:45 PM on 29 October. The Round 1 provisional allotment list is published on 2 November 2026.
At the allotted college desk in the Academic Block, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, from 3 to 6 November 2026, 9 AM to 4 PM, with original documents, bonds, 6 copies of the allotment letter, 2 copies of the application form and 2 sets of self-attested photocopies.
