Who Can Apply
from Outside Rajasthan
Rajasthan’s Round 1 state counselling is restricted to Rajasthan domicile candidates, so a family from Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur or elsewhere in the Northeast cannot register for it directly. What is open to a non-domicile candidate is the 15% All India Quota through MCC, plus management or NRI seats, where a college has them, when they are released through counselling rounds.
