We promote the enhancement of skills and develop a practical oriented approach for educating the students. The faculties are the backbone of NIPS who have excellent knowledge-based proficiency and are well trained with current developments in their expertise fields. They are the mentors of the students and supervise the students in every vicinity whether its academics or co-curricular activities. Further at NIPS, we try to bridge the gap between corporate and academics to make our students job-ready. We organize guest lectures of eminent personalities of the pharmacy field routinely and promote the participation of our students to participate in different seminars and symposiums to get acquainted with modern technology in pharmacy.
