The Avanthi Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (AIPS) was started in 2005 by Sri M. Srinivasa Rao, M.P, Anakapalli & Chairman, Avanthi Group of Institutions. The AIPS is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) and approved by AICTE & PCI. The institution is offering B.Pharmacy [100 seats], M. Pharmacy [15 seats each ] with specializations (PA & QA, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics & Pharmaceutical Technology), Pharm. D [30 seats] and Pharm. D (P.B)[10 seats]. The state of art Class Rooms, Library & well equipped Lab’s for UG and PG students. The Pharm. D and Pharm. D (P.B) are having Therapeutic training at Maharajah Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) including Drug Information Centre (DIC) to resolve patient queries regarding drugs.
