Guntur Institute of Medical Sciences/Guntur Medical College is a medical college in Guntur, India. It offers graduate and undergraduate courses in Medical Sciences. The college is affiliated to the NTR University of Health Sciences and is in the process of becoming autonomous as Guntur Institute of Medical Science
NRI Academy of Medical Sciences is popularly known as NRI Medical College. It was started in 2003-2004 by a small consortium of 30 NRI doctors from USA, all born and brought up in Guntur and Krishna districts of Andhra Pradesh. Based on the need to establish a modern specialty and general hospital to serve the people of this region, a team of NRIs established the NRI Academy of Science Medical College in Kakkani, between Guntur and Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

The College and the Hospital are situated in a sprawling campus comprising of 8 buildings. All the necessary infrastructure is composed of fully equipped laboratories, Lecture Halls with air conditioning and a Teaching Hospital according to MCI standards, the teaching staff consists of many renowned professionals from all over India. Now this Medical College Providing 200 MBBS seats annually with PG, Diploma and Super Speciality courses.
