Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society’s Dental College & Hospital, Amravati

The Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society, Amravati was established in the year 1965 under the Chairmanship of Late Prof. Ram Meghe, (Ex-Education & Health Minister, Govt. of Maharashtra). The objectives of this society was to cater the educational needs of the region for better development of the backward Vidarbha region in specific and Maharashtra in general. Dental College, Amravati working hard to create higher intellectual capacities and abilities towards generation of Globally relevant trained health manpower.

Dental College, Amravati offer continuing educational programmes to update knowledge and skills and to generate and promote amongst the students, teachers and employees an awareness and understanding of the societal needs of the country and ready them for all such needs
