St. Joseph Dental College was established in the year 2002, in the ancient city of Eluru (Helapuri), by the bishop of the Eluru diocese, Most Rev. Dr. John Mulagada garu, with Rev. Fr. Bala garu as the secretary and correspondent. This college is one of the best dental colleges in Andhra Pradesh. It produces the best dentists every year who stand top in the state entrance examinations since 2007-'08, after the first batch came out successfully. Everyone who was a part of this institution can be proud of the fact that they are 'Josephites'.
