Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College (Medical College, Pune), Pune was established in the year 1989. The college was affiliated to the University of Pune and later, in the year 1996, it became the constituent college of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University). Medical College, Pune spreads over 25 acres of land. The college is recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

It is approved by the Medical Council of India (MCI), for coducting MBBS degree and PG degree courses in various disciplines of medical sciences.
